Business Clinic Success

What Was The Issue?

Our client, a small printing company with a £400,000 turnover attended our Business Clinic. Initially their issue centred around stagnating sales. However, after further analysis at the Clinic, the owner realised that the problem lay not with sales revenue, but with ownership issues with her co-founder.

What Was The Solution?

The Solution

Incisive Edge was engaged to coach both founders through our Growing Companies Programme on an initial 6 month contract. As monies were tight, telephone coaching provided the ideal support mechanism.

And The Outcome…

Through the coaching programme, the co-founders realised that even though they were both contributing evenly in terms of time, the issue lay in the perception of how that time was spent. They further realised that due to this ill-conceived perception, their communication had become confrontational and damaging to the business. As the sessions progressed, each was able to see how the other was contributing and they started to work together to grow the business. As a result, the company has now obtained 9 new clients and have increased their resourcing to compliment their increasing turnover.
