What Was The Issue?

Our client is a £10m media company with a blue-chip client base. The company had grown substantially since strong additions to their Management Team in 2002. However increased competition on price, coupled with a failure to move with the times and extend their product range, had resulted in a decline in their core market, resulting in decreased revenues.

What Was The Solution?

The Solution

Incisive Edge developed a 3 year business development strategy through our Expanding Companies Programme that would increase sales, incrementally extend their product range and move our client company into high-value market segments.

And The Outcome…

The new development strategy was soft-launched to the company’s existing clients and has since been extended into a whole new client base gained as a result of the strategy. Our client has actively marketing their extended product range, resulting in, to date, in excess of £550,000 of new revenue.
