Our Positioning Strategy Workshop Process

1. Discovery
For your engagement, you will be working with a highly experienced Planner whose role within the agency is to create the strategy to achieve your objectives. Your Planner will work with our Analysis team to understand your business, the competitive landscape and the value that really sets your business apart.
2. Research & Analysis
With our analysis complete, we will meet for your first workshop where we present out initial findings, research and recommendations.
And of course, it’s where you get to provide feedback and insights.
3. Strategy Workshop
Following the workshop, we iterate your planning and strategy deck incorporating the learnings from you.
We will meet another 2 – 3 times to complete your positioning strategy and to get your sign off.
4. Marketing Strategy
Once we have sign off on all your positioning and strategic planning elements, we will create the first draft of your marketing strategy designed to meet your objectives. It’s crucial that your strategy enables you to focus on the correct part of the funnel, targeting your key buyer personas.
Our clients typically want to execute the strategy straight away and it is at this point that we discuss what execution help you need.
