Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

We undertook an extensive SEO audit which included customer search behaviour, competitor analysis, keyword research, ranking checks in Google (and other search engines), together with identification of content gaps within the site. A detailed report was produced with recommendations which, if implemented, would result in a significant increase in rankings, website traffic and ultimately conversions.

User Experience (UX)

Additionally, our user experience audit identified issues and made recommendations with regard to the navigation and hierarchy of information on the site. These issues were impeding users from finding the information relevant to them and hence, limiting the conversion potential of the site.

We developed buyer personas to clarify what needed to be done in conjunction with the technical user experience audit to improve the overall user experience.
